Specter Press, 2006–2021

Specter Press was Sulki and Min’s publishing imprint active from 2006 until 2021, founded with an impulse to create physical forms for intangible artistic ideas. During its operation, it published books by or about Hong Seung-hye, Jackson Hong, Jeong Geumhyung, Lee Duegyoung, Lee Hyungkoo, Lim Geun-jun, Nam Hwayeon, Oh Min, Park MeeNa, Park Wonjoo, Rhee Jaye, and Sasa[44].

Apart from books about visual arts, Specter Press was the publisher of Ob.scene, a performing arts journal focused on the “things out of the stage.” This project is continued by Workroom Specter, a collaborative imprint of Workroom Press, with which Sulki and Min keep making books.
