This book reprints thirty issues of a Korean heavy metal fanzine in the artist Sasa [44]’s personal collection from the late 1980s and the early 1990s—when heavy metal was still regarded as a serious art form in Korea. The title, Heavy Metal (News) Around the World, is a composite of all the names that the fanzine used over its many stages of evolution.
