Martin Dassen financial administrator is responsible for the salary administration. Researchers can approach him with queries on research budgets and the handling of all kinds of financial issues. Martin is present every day except Fridays.

Thuur Menger receptionist / switchboard operator also manages the directory/mailing list of the academy.

Yvonne Pluimakers personnel administrator is in charge of personnel affairs and supports the deputy director. Yvonne is present on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays.

Gertie Andrien financial employee supports the financial administration. She mainly focuses on the payable and receivable accounts ledgers; on coding and processing bookkeeping entries; on specific project administrations and reporting on these; on contributing to the financial reporting and the annual budget. Gertie is present on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.
