René Belleflamme is the systems administrator. He also manages the computer workshop, a workshop fitted out with Macs, where all researchers can work according to a key registration system.

John Damoiseaux, allround technical employee, carries out duties with regard to building maintenance, building set-up, installations maintenance, grounds maintenance, programme support, security and safety, cleaning and environment (energy management, waste disposal processing). John works on Mondays, Tuesdays and Fridays, from 8.30 to 17.00 hours.

Jo Hardy, employee public programme and events, takes care of technical facilities in the public spaces of the academy. He is also in charge of various logistic activities, including managing the publications inventory and lending out camera’s, lenses and the like. He is present every day except Fridays.

Wil Engelen and José Nievergeld are responsible for catering.

Tonnie Lindt is responsible for cleaning.
