Madeleine Bisscheroux and Anne Vangronsveld manage the departmental secretariat. They take care of the coordination of the weekly programme and the organisation of events (colloquiums, lecture series,...). The programme is publicly announced on the website and is also sent in a digital format to those interested.

Madeleine is present every day (except Wednesdays) from 8.30 to 14.30 hours.
Anne is present on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.
