Leon Westenberg manages the researchers’ secretariat. He looks after all matters related to researchers: the selection procedure, accommodation, studio assignments, residence and employment permits, insurance, paid employment, promotion of expertise and the job-board. Moreover, Leon Westenberg is in charge of the apartments of the academy.
Heiny Eilkes and Maddy Meijers are psychologists. Researchers can contact them if they are having psychological problems or if they are experiencing difficulties in their personal life – whether these are connected with their research or not. Maddy works with people on a short-term basis – three to five one-hour sessions on average.
