Monique Notermans library assistant is responsible for entering the collection into the PICA cataloguing system. Apart from this, she provides service in the library. Monique is present on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays.

Annet Perry-Schoot Uiterkamp librarian is responsible for building up the collections of books, periodicals and videos, as well as for making them accessible. She also participates in giving information and advice to anyone visiting the library. more info

Femke Vluggen, the documentalist, is responsible for updating documentation material on researchers, former researchers, staff members and former staff members of the Jan van Eyck Academie. She also works on describing the non-book collections of the Jan van Eyck and making this material accessible.
